Camp des Jeunes Filles et Femmes Leaders (Cohort 2025) | The Kitab Girls & Women Leadership Camp 2025:

At Kitab, we believe that empowering youth young women begins with knowledge, confidence, and community. This camp is more than just a program — it is a transformative platform where young women can explore their rights and responsibilities across professional, familial, and social spheres.

Through an 8-week journey of self-discovery and empowerment, participants will connect with inspiring women leaders, engage in workshops, and gain practical tools to thrive in today’s world.

Our program combines reading, mentorship, and skills-building to equip participants with:

Leadership development – building confidence, communication, and public speaking.
Professional growth – crafting CVs, mastering digital tools, and preparing for career opportunities.
Financial literacy – understanding personal finance and budgeting for independence.
Health & wellness – balancing life, work, and self-care.
Advocacy & engagement – learning to speak up and drive change in communities.

The camp experience culminates with each participant creating a personal video reflection: “The book that changed my life”. These stories become part of Kitab’s growing platform of youth voices and inspiration.
